Moments Matter ~ Moments making memories

Each interaction is an opportunity to create a special moment between staff and clients.  The question is do you take the minute to truly engage and be present enough to make the moment.  This session will explore the various opportunities that are presented to us each and every day to make an impression and create memories one minute at a time.


This session offers a thoughtful and unique approach to the many interpersonal interactions we engage in on a daily basis.  It will highlight the verbal and visual cues within these interactions and how important a tool both interpretation and awareness can be to strengthening all interactions.
