If there was a single statement to describe everything about my work, why I run my business, and what I offer to my clients, it would be that.
I’ve worked as an executive, coach & mentor for over 20 years. I have taught hundreds of people about fitness, recreation, operations, leadership, management, time management, goals and so much more.
But really, it all comes down to that one statement: Live Your Legacy.

I have so much to share with you.
I have been exactly where you are right now.
That's right several years ago, I was researching Life Coaches because I knew I was missing something, struggling, and stuck wanting more. I felt that life wasn't meant to be so hard, surviving was no longer enough for me.
It was time to thrive.
For years I was trapped believing false choices.
I could go after my wildest dreams, or I could have the schedule I wanted.
I could keep everything I love in my life, or I could have an incredible career.
I could work for myself, or I could advance in my career.
Every one of those was false. It isn’t always either or, this or that – there is often space for both. I could have everything. I just didn’t know it, yet.
Designing a life worth living
Living life fully, to me, means that I am present for as many moments as possible and intentionally creating moments that spark joy. I take living my legacy very seriously. It is all about putting more living into my every day. Living in alignment with my values and intentions. And enjoying the journey as much as possible along the way.
